Founded in 1994 with the support of the DaimlerChrysler, the elite FDTI is a one-of-a-kind consortium comprising 14 companies: American Express, Cargill, The Coca-Cola Company, Daimler AG, Dow Chemical, Eaton, General Mills, Intel, Medtronic, Merck & Co., Microsoft, Prudential, and SprintNextel. Its mission: To foster positive sustained change in finance development and training practices for large global enterprises. Nonmembers are invited to apply for membership.
Transit-Finance Learning Exchange (T-FLEx)
The Transit Finance Learning Exchange is a consortium of transit agencies committed to continuously improving transit finance leadership, development, and training practices; and to evolve the finance function into a value-added business partner. In addition T-FLEx will enable transit agencies to easily share and exchange best business practices, training materials, instructors, and uniform purchasing specifications.
Activity-Based Costing Implementation Group (AIG)
Founded in 1992, this group, which seeks the ever elusive prize of cost leadership, boasts a roster of 14 companies who share a passion for cost leadership. Its mission: to provide an ongoing arena for the candid exchange and learning of aggressive practices in cost management and performance measurement. AIG Forums welcome business and financial managers with a passion for enhancing the competitive strength of their organizations. Membership is open to all corporate practitioners.
